  • Do I need to prepare my laundry or sort it ahead of time?

    Nope! Your Just Laundry Care Provider will sort, wash, dry, fold, package. If you have any special processing items (Delicate wash, sanitizing wash, stain treatment, air-dry, etc.) or other requests, please note those to the driver assigned to pickup your laundry.

  • What if I can’t be home for my scheduled pick-up or drop off?

    You can leave your bag in secure location outside your home (doorstep, porch, patio, reception desk etc.) or reschedule a day/time with your Provider.
    PLEASE NOTE: Your items will ONLY be given with a designated person or dropped off in a predetermined place with your prior approval. Please refer to our Terms of Service for more information.

  • What happens if I leave personal items in my pockets?

    Absolutely not! Each bag is processed by itself. We will never clean your clothes with another customer’s clothing.

  • When will my clothes be returned to me?

    Most orders can be returned within 24 - 48 hours. Orders processed during the weekends could take up to 48 hours. You can always specify if you would like the dropoff address to differ from the pickup location. We are also able to hold your clothes for a little while longer if you wish.

  • Who will wash my clothes?

    Just Laundry works with only the most professional cleaners in Johannesburg. All of our cleaners are eco-friendly, have over ten years of experience and quality is always guaranteed. Your clothes are safe with us.

  • Do I need to be home for the pick up?

    No, you don't need to. You can leave your clothes at the reception or with the security guard in your building and let them know that Washr is coming. If you will not be present at pickup, please make sure to let us know when placing the order using the Delivery Note field.
